March to the beat of your own drum. I can make one for you or teach you to make your own. Pictured below is the buffalo hide version, but deer and elk are also available. Each hide offers not only a spectrum of beautiful shades, but also a range of beautiful tones. No two drums are exactly alike.

The first step to personal wellness is prioritizing yourself in a busy world. Giving of your time and energy is beneficial, but you can only give what you have in excess. I have techniques and modalities I would love to share to help you recharge yourself inside and out.



About



I currently live and work in beautiful Moab, UT as an LCSW at Moab Regional Hospital. I completed my undergraduate Social Work degree at Weber State University in 1997. I then graduated with honors from Denver University with my Masters in Social Work in 1998. I received my Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2000 and have studied various other modalities since.

I offer a variety of holistic services including: Counseling (personal, family, couples, new parents, autism), Reiki, Drumming, Drum Making, Ancient Healing (Shamanics), Healing Pipe Ceremony, Native Crafts, as well as nutrition and health coaching.
